摘要
自1990年1月至1990年4月,作者应用吻合阴部外动静脉的阴股沟皮瓣修复手部及前臂软组织缺损6例,全部成功,效果满意。阴股沟皮瓣位于会阴部与股内侧部之间,该皮瓣较薄,血管口径粗,解剖容易,供区非常隐蔽,是一个理想的皮瓣供区。我们切取最大面积为17×8cm,供区创面可直接缝合。文中介绍了手术方法,讨论了该皮瓣的优缺点和注意事项。
From January to April 1990, hand and forearm soft tissue defects had been repaired with pudendo-fermoral skin flaps using vascular anastomosis in six patients. The results are quite
satisfactory in all cases. The flaps lie in the perineum and the medial thigh, the flaps are thin and their fat are less. The external diameter of vascalar are wide. The donor sites are insidious very much. We were able to give the flaps a maximum size of 17×8cm. The donor sites were closed with primarily sutures. Hindrance of function had not been found in all donprs. The name of this flap, the advantage and disadvantage, and certain opertive considerations are discussed in detail.
