The paper introduced a kind of azimuth measuring and synchronizing system that is based on polarization and magneto-optical rotation principle, the system may be used for high precision measurement of azimuth displacement or azimuth synchronization between two disconnected mechanically devices, its working distance reaches 3 [similar to] 10 meters, the synchronization standard deviation is below 3 arcsecond, and its response time is below 40 second. At other hand, its environmental adaptability has also analyzed here.
