摘要
本文首先展望了 2 1世纪我国人口老龄化的发展前景 ,指出在未来 50年中 ,我国将处于高速度、高水平的老龄化发展进程之中 ,65岁及以上老年人口将从 80 0 0多万增至 3亿以上 ,这对尚处于社会主义初级阶段的国家来说 ,无疑是个巨大冲击和严峻挑战 ;分析了老龄化的特殊性及其对社会经济发展所带来的深刻影响和至关重要的制约作用 ;提出了迎接老龄化挑战是个关系全局性、战略性的重大问题 。
By looking into the development prospect of China's population aging in the 21st century, this paper points out that during the coming 50 years, China would be faced with a high speed and high level aging process of population, with the aged population over 65 increasing from 80 million to 300 million, which would undoubtedly be a powerful impact on and a severe challenge for a country still in its primary socialistic stage The paper also analyses the characteristics and causes of the aging, and its deep influence and vital restrictive effect on social and economic development Finally, it points out that facing the challenge of aging is a strategic matter of overall importance, which must be handled by making correct strategic choice with Chinese characteristics
