摘要
饵料是中华绒螯蟹生存的物质基础，性早熟为近年来中华绒螯蟹养殖过程中遇到的一个突出问题，如何配制营养更为丰富的饵料 ?如何避免性早熟问题的发生 ?本文对近年来国内外关于这些问题的研究进展做了总结。
Diet is the material base for the survival of the Chinese mitten－ handed crab,Eriocheir sinensis.Sexual precocity is a prominent problem we have met during the cultivation of the crab in recent years.How to make up more nutritious diet?How to avoid the occurrence of sexual precocity?In this paper,the research development of these problems in recent years has been summarized.
