摘要
为解决电工铝杆存在着电阻率偏高及抗拉强度偏低的质量问题 ,进行了现场试验和性能测试 ,经过对比试验和分析 ,提出了有效的解决措施 ,控制铝杆杂质含量 ,铁含量在 0 10 %~ 0 16 % ,硅含量在 0 0 8%~ 0 11% ,铁硅比在 1 2~ 1 4之间 ,同时采用合理的成型工艺 ,保证铝杆获得细小晶粒组织 。
In order to solve the quality problem that the electrical Al bar has a higher resistivity and a lower tensive strength, the property tests have been made. Through comparative tests and analyses, an effective solution to the problem has been proposed by the way of controlling the Al bar's impurity content of Fe to 0 1%~0 16% and Si to 0 08%~0 11% while maintaining the ratio of Fe to Si between 1 2~1 4. In the meantime, a reasonable forming technology has been adopted to obtain fine grained microstructure,thus the demand for the function index of electrical Al bar can be meeted.
