摘要
自拟活血熄风汤配合西药常规治疗自发性蛛网膜下腔出血 (SA H) 36例 ,并设西药治疗组 2 8例作对照。结果 :治疗组治愈 19例 ,好转 16例 ,死亡 1例 ,总有效率为 97.2 % ;对照组治愈 12例 ,好转 10例 ,死亡 6例 ,总有效率为 78.6 %。两组比较有显著意义 (uc=6 .86 78,P<0 .0 1) ;两组主症及并发症比较 ,平均头痛持续时间 :治疗组 12天 ,对照组 2 1天 ,有显著差异(χ2 =10 .9482 ,P<0 .0 1) ;脑血管痉挛 :治疗组 8.3% ,对照组 2 5 % ,有显著差异 (χ2 =17.175 4,P<0 .0 1)。提示活血熄风汤治疗自发性
Thirty-six cases of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage( SSH)patients were treated with Modified Huoxue Decoction(活血熄风汤,HXD) and WM,the control group included 28 cases were treated w ith WM only.Result:In the treatment group,19 cases were cured,16 cases were effe ctive,1 cases died and the total effective rate was 97 2%;In the control group, 12 cases wase cured,10 cases was effective,6 cases died and the total effective rate was 78.6%.The difference between the two groups were significant(u c=6.8678,P<0 01).The average headache time in the treatment g roup was 12 days,while it in the control group was 21 days. The difference betwe en the two groups was significant(χ 2=10.9482,P<0 01).cerebrovasculae spasm in the treatment group was 8.3%,it in the control group w as 25%,the difference between the two groups was significant(χ 2=17.1750 ,P<0 01).It suggested that the treatment of SSH with HXD was effect.
