摘要
以K2CrO4 与氨基比林的氧化还原反应为基础 ,在1.5mol/LNH4Ac -NH4OH(pH8.2)极谱底液中 ,用K2CrO4 为标准溶液滴定氨基比林 ,以K2CrO4 在示波极谱图上切口的出现指示滴定终点 ,测定去痛片、安痛定片、克感敏片中氨基比林的含量。该法简便易行、灵敏、准确、终点直观、选择性强 。
A method for the determination of amidopyrine in antipyretic analgesics was proposed based on the oxidation-reduction reaction between K2CrO4 and amidopyrine. In 1.5 mol/L NH4Ac-NH4OH(pH 8.2) base solution amidopyrine is titrated by K2CrO4 standard solution. The appearance of incision can be used to indicate the end point of the reaction. Common coexistent substances in tablets do not interfere in the determination. The method proved to be simple, selective, sensitive and accurate. It was applied to determine amidopyrine in tablets with satisfactory results.
