摘要
用 0 1、0 2mg/LH2 SeO3溶液瓶插菊花切花 ,结果表明 ,低浓度Se溶液可延缓瓶插菊花切花衰老 ,维持叶片相对含水量 ,降低膜透性 ,减少叶绿素与蛋白质降解 ,提高SOD活性 ,降低叶片MDA含量 ,维持叶片、花瓣还原糖含量 1.
In cut flowers of chrysanthemum( Dendranthema morifolium ), low concentration of selenious acid(0 1,0 2 mg/L Se)treatments mantained relative water contents,increased activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), retarded decomposition rate of protein and chlorophyll,lowed malonaldehyde(MDA) contents, mantained stability of membrane and stabilized the level of reducing sugar contents in leaves and petals.High concentration of selenious acid accelerated the senescence during vase holding period of cut chrysanthemum flowers.
