In view of the venue of the sworn and the relation of the treaties of alliance of Wenxian County and Houma, it is the same historical background for the two treaty-alliances, that is, the unprecedented annexation territory war of the six-ministers at the end of period of the Jin state of Spring and Autumn Period (BC.770-BC.476)
