摘要
根据碱矿渣水泥水化机理,研制出兼有助磨作用的低掺量高效缓凝剂。介绍了 BF、 TH、 FQ三种缓凝剂不同掺量对碱矿渣水泥凝结时间和强度的影响,并做了混凝土试验,介绍了工程应用情况。结果表明,掺入少量的缓凝剂不仅可以有效调节水泥凝结时间,而且水泥强度与未加缓凝剂相比基本保持不变,而混凝土后期强度有所提高。
Low dosage and high performance retarder with the function of grinding aid was developed on the basis of the hydration mechanism of alkali- slag cement. Effect of different dosage of the three retarders as BF, TH and FQ on the setting time and strength of alkali- slag cement was introduced. The engineering application of this cement was also discussed in this paper. The results indicate that the addition of small amount of retarder can not only effectively regulate the setting time, but also keep the strength of the cement at the same level as control sample. The long term strength of the concrete thus made is also enhanced.
