摘要
常用的异步电机软起动器采用线性斜坡降压的方式进行泵类负载的软停控制时 ,容易引起泵系统软停时的喘振现象。分析了线性斜坡降压软停控制产生振荡的原因 ,提出一种有功功率加电流双闭环控制的方法 ,较好地解决了泵系统软停问题。
The pump system using asynchronous motor and soft starter is subjected easily to surges when soft stopping control method is used with linear voltage falling. This paper analyzes the reasons which cause the surges, and presents a method of dual closed loop control of real power and current. This new method solves the problem effectively.
