摘要
推导出存在上位性互作的两对连锁基因在F2 群体中各表型的概率和条件概率以便利用EM (expectationandmaximization :期望最大化 )算法估计重组率 ,还获得了重组率的标准误公式。通过MonteCarlo模拟发现 :用EM算法和Fisher法估计重组率时其结果一致 ;前者易推广到两基因间具有上位性互作的情形 。
After obtaining the probability and conditional probability of phenotypes in F 2 population,it is easy to estimate recombination rate between two interactional genes using expectation and maximization (EM) algorithm.Moreover,the formulas of the standard error of recombination rate were also obtained.The results from Monte Carlo simulation showed that the estimates of recombination rate using EM algorithm were consistent with those using Fisher method.However,it was very easy for EM algorithm to calculate recombination rate between two interactional genes.
