摘要
对三种焊接方式 :手弧焊、CO2 气体保护焊和 Ar气体保护焊的 14Mn Nbq钢焊接头进行了低周疲劳试验 ,表明焊缝金属比母材有较大的强化 .在低应变幅值时 ,CO2 气体保护焊显示出较高寿命 .在高应变幅值时 ,Ar气体保护焊疲劳寿命高一些 .
This paper describes the tests for the low cycle fatigue of 14MnNbq steel welded joints in three different ways of welding,i.e.lime ferritic electrode manual metal arc welding,CO 2 arc welding and argon arc welding.Experiments show that weld metals have more hardening than the base material.CO 2 arc weld metal has a little longer fatigue life in low strain ranges.The argon arc weld metal has a little longer fatigue life in high strain ranges
