摘要
多渠道解决教育经费短缺问题 ,已成为当前发展高职教育的关键。高校的教改应走出计划经济下的“大锅饭”模式 ,引入市场机制或民办机制 ,打破体制束缚 ,灵活地采取校际合作 ,背靠政府依托行业 ,集聚社会资金组建投资基金或股份制高职学校 ,盘活二手设备 ,释放存量资金 ,加速高职设备信息平台的建立 。
It is critical importance to resolve the problem of education outlay shortage through varied channels for developing higher technical education. Educational reform of colleges and universities must abandon the “mess” mode of planned economy and lead into mechanism of market or running by the local people and smash the trammels of system. Colleges can be subsidized by the state government and supported by industry and also should coorperate flexibly with each other and can gather social funds to invest in higher technical education or set up joint stock colleges. It is also importance to set up open facilities information network carrier to accelerate the flow of equipment (or second hand equipment) and also enrich and renew the practice condition quickly for higher technical education continued development.
