摘要 目的 建立免疫透射比浊法测定 ASO、RF的方法。方法 用免疫透射比浊法测定 ASO、RF,并对其重复性、准确性、线性范围、相关性实验、干扰实验加以评价。结果 高、中、低三种浓度 ASO和 RF批内 CV分别为 2 .8% ,2 .9% ,3.1 %和 3.0 % ,3.2 % ,3.3% ;批间 CV为 3.9% ,4.1 % ,4.1 %和 4.1 % ,4.3% ,4.4% ;线性范围分别为 30~ 80 0 U/L,1 0~ 90 U/L;平均回收率分别为 1 0 0 .5%和 1 0 0 .1 %。与特种蛋白仪测定结果具有很好的相关性 (P<0 .0 5)。一定程度的溶血、脂血、黄疸对 ASO、RF的测定无明显干扰。结论 免疫透射比浊法的精确度好 ,快速 ,灵敏 ,与免疫散射比浊法有很好的相关性 ,可以作为测定ASO。 Aim Method on immunity transmission turbidity was established to determine Antistreptolysin O and Rheumatoid factor.Method We used method on immunity transmission turbidity to determine Antistreptolysin O and Rheumatoid factor and also evaluated percision,veracity,linearity,relativity test and interfere test of theirs.Results The within run CV for ASO and RF were 2 8%,2 9%,3 1%and 3 0%,3 2%,3 3%respectively,between run were 3 9%,4 1%,4 1% and 4 1%,4 3%,4 4%.Linear range of ASO and RF could attain to 800U/L and 90 U/L respectively.The average recovery rate of ASO and RF were 100 5%and 100 2% respectively.Hemolyte,lipidemia and icterus had rarely interfere with it.Conclusion Immunity transmission turbidity had a good relativity as immunity dispersion turbidity.It can act as routine method of measuring ASO and RF.
