以枸杞叶、酸枣叶、柿子叶、银杏叶为原料 ,开发研制出具有保健作用的系列叶茶。详细介绍了以上 4种饮品的生产工艺 ,并对其稳定性进行了探讨。
Health-beneficial leaf drinks are developed with Chinese wolfberry leaf, wild jujube leaf, persimmon leaf and ginkgo leaf as the raw materials. The technology for the production of the 4 drinks is described in detail, and their stability studied.
