摘要
中国证券市场机制不完善 ,功能不健全的一个重要原因在于巨额非流动性国有股的存在 ,由此造成证券市场运行的低效率。减持国有股 ,实现国有股流通已成为当务之急。在国有股减持过程中 ,设立国有股基金 ,才能防止任何失误导致严重后果的发生。
One of the important reasons of the mechanism isn’t perfect,and the function isn’t healthy of the securities market of China due to the existence of huge non-circulating state-owned shares,thus causts the low efficiency of the operation of securities market.Reducing holding state-owned shares practising the circulation of state-owned shares has become the most pressing task at the moment.In the process of reducing holding state-owned shares,can only prevent any mistakes and serious result occur,when we establish the fund of state-owned shares.
