摘要
目的 :探讨军队护理发展的负性因素 ,思考应对措施 ,促动军队护理的健康持续发展。方法 :对军队护理实践进行回顾 ,对医、护群体结构进行调查 ,以对比分析与逻辑演绎法进行分析研究。结果 :军队护理发展负性因素为 :1群体结构的低层面偏态分布 ;2队伍成分的社会化演绎 ;3管理资源的非专业化流向 ;4工作模式的“克隆化”倾向 ;5管理思维的二值误区。结论 :合理群体结构 ;保持军护优势比例 ;注重学科带头人的专家内质 ,强化学科内涵管理 ;构建自身特色的工作模式 ;实践“模糊思维”的管理理念 。
Objective:To evaluate the factors that may negatively influence the development of military nursing affairs. Metheod: The data concerning the military nursing practice and the constituents of the medical and nursing personels were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The factors, which might be negatively influencing the progress of military nursing affairs might be sumarized as follows: ① Relatively low level distribution of nursing masses; ② tendency of changes in nursing personal composition towardsocialization; ③ transfering of admistrative resources to the non specialized positions; ④ trends of act according to regulations in working mode. Conclusions: Rationalization of composition of nursing masses; maintenance of dominant components of military nursing personels pay attention to the quality of professional leadership entancement of administrative ability and establishment of own professional working mode, all these are of key importanes to regaining glory in the progression of nursing affairs.
