摘要
本文采用线性规划启发式算法，通过引入安全割集到求解模型，求取综合考虑既满足正常运行技术条件又满足Ｎ一１安全检验原则的最小费用网络规划方案。
In this paper a new method is presented to investigate how to obtain the optimal plan considering both techni-cal conditions for normal operation and restrictions for contingency casts(i.e。’N一1’safety conditions)at minimiz-ing the total investment when the problem is formulated as a linear problem.
