摘要
为了探讨NIDDM患者外周血中单个核细胞白细胞介素 - 2受体 (IL - 2R、CD2 5)及转铁蛋白受体 (TfR、CD71)的表达情况 ,了解NIDDM免疫功能状态 ,采用卵白素·生物素·过氧化物酶复合物 (ABC)法检测了 73例不同病程NIDDM患者外周血的CD2 5、CD71水平。结果表明 :NIDDM患者有无并发症CD2 5、CD71均显著低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,有并发症组显著低于无并发症组 (P <0 .0 1)。提示NIDDM存在细胞免疫功能的降低 ,且随着病情的进一步加重其降低更明显 。
This study was done in order to investigate the expression of IL-2R (CD 25 ) and TFR (CD 71 ) of single nuclear cells in the peripheral blood of patients and the immunologic function state of NIDDM. The ABC method was used to detect the peripheral blood of (IL-2R and TFR) CD 25 and CD 71 levels in 73 patients with different stages of NIDDM. Both CD 25 and CD 71 levels in patients of NIDDM, associated with and without complications, were significantly lower than that in the normal group (P<0.01), and both levels of CD 25 and CD 71 in the complication group were significantly lower than that in the non-complication group (P<0.01). This study indicates that the cellular immunologic function decreases in patients with NIDDM and it decreases more significantly with the progression of the disease. The ABC method can be used as a marker to monitor the progression and regression of NIDDM.
