摘要
对接受Nd∶YAG激光后发膜性白内障切开术的28眼随机分成0.5%噻吗心安组、2%匹罗卡品组和不同药对照组,观察术后眼压变化。对照组术后眼压升高发生率为100%,高峰眼压均在术后1～4小时内出现。防治术后眼压升高,实验组同对照组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.01),噻吗心安组优于匹罗卡品组(P<0.01)。
Change of intraocular pressure (IOP) was observed in 28 eyes treated with 0.5% timolol, 2% pilocarpine following Nd: YAG laser posterior capsulotomy in a randomized study. Morbidity of IOP elevation was 100% in control. Mean IOP elevation was 1.54±0.78kPa In control cases, and 0.98±0.7 kPa in pilocarpine cases. Mean IOP reduced 0.05±32kPa in timolol cases. Spike IOP elevation was 1 to 4 hours after treatment. Prevention of postoperative IOP elevation in experimental groups was statistically significant difference as compared with control group (P<0.01), and the effect of timolol group was better than pilocarpine group (P<0.01).
