摘要
为了解华东地区山东、上海、江苏、安徽、浙江、江西、福建 7个省、市城乡不同年龄组人群麻疹免疫状况 ,于1998~ 1999年 7个省、市各任选 1个城市采集城乡不同年龄组健康人的血标本 ,按统一方案检测麻疹血凝抑制(HI)抗体。结果显示 :①本次共调查华东地区 7个省、市城乡不同年龄 34 83人 ,麻疹HI抗体阳性率为 92 10 % ,几何平均滴度 (GMT)为 1∶12 2 4;② 7个省、市人群麻疹HI抗体阳性率为 87 95 %~ 98 92 % ,阳性抗体GMT为 1∶7 6 7~ 1∶2 8 0 5 ,但 7个省、市各年龄组人群之间存在一定差异 ;③各年龄组人群抗体阳性率为 89 11%~ 94 90 % ,但同一年龄组人群 7个省、市之间阳性率存在差异 ;④城市人群麻疹抗体阳性率为 88 30 %~ 97 89% ,农村人群波动为 86 5 2 %~ 10 0 0 0 % ,在某些城市和农村抗体阳性率最低的是 2~ 4岁儿童 ;⑤城市和农村各年龄组人群麻疹抗体阳性率均在 90 %上下 ,但 7个省、市之间存在较大差异。因此认为华东地区麻疹免疫预防工作是扎实的 ,7个省、市城乡均较平衡 ,近年麻疹不可能出现大的流行 ,但仍存在局部暴发的隐患。
In order to understand the measles immune status of the population in Huadong District (including Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Anhui, Fujian, Shandong Provinces and Shanghai city) , we selected a total of 3,483 persons of different age groups (2-4, 5-8, 9-12, 13-18, 19-29 years old) in 1998-1999 from one city and one country of each of the province and from one residential district and one country of shanghai city. The blood specimens were assayed by HI test following an unified procedure. The results showed that: (1) Measles HI antibody positive rate in 3,483 persons in Huadong District was 92.10%, the GMT was 1∶12.24; (2) Measles HI antibody positive rates in 6 provinces and 1 city ranged from 87.95%~98.92,the GMT from 1∶7.67~1∶28.05, but differences in different age groups of different provinces and1 city existed; (3) Measles HI antibody positive rates in different age groups in 6 provinces and?1 city rated from 89.11%~94.90%, but differences were seen in the same age groups of different provinces; (4) Measles HI antibody positive rates in city population ranged from 88.30%~97.89% while that was 86.52%~100% in country population; (5) Measles HI antibody positive rates in various age groups of cities and countries were about 90%, but differences existed in different provinces. Based on these investigations, we hold that in Huadong District measles prophylactic work has built up a nice immune foundation, measles epidemic possibly may not occur in recent years, but still we should pay attention to local outbreaks in same other places.
