摘要
根据机构精确度理论和运动可靠性的概念 ,给出了典型平面机构的运动误差及运动可靠性的分析方法。该方法将运动误差与设计公差进行比较 ,计算出机构在动态过程中的运动可靠度 。
According to the theory of mechanism precision and the idea of motion reliability, the article put forward a method of analysis to motion error and reliability for typical plane mechanism. The method is to contrast the motion error and design common difference, and to count reliable precision of the mechanism in motion, then proceed to a new channel for motion quality analysis of the mechanism.
