摘要
PP及ABS作为制造汽车塑料结构件的材料,用量最多。由于高温弯曲模量(E_u')和低温冲击值(α_K')能较集中地反映汽车塑料构件对高聚物的性能要求,本文对汽车塑料构件的E_u'、α_K进行了讨论。将各种牌号的PP、ABS的E_u、α_K值归纳成E_u-α_K分布图,并对它们在进口汽车国产化的实践中的应用实例进行分析,归纳成一览表,供汽车塑料构件制作中正确选择和使用材料时参考。从宏观上对材料研制也有一定的参考作用。
PP and ABS are most widely used plastics for making automobile parts. The major mechanical characteristics of the polymers can be reflected comprehensively and precisely by its high temperature flexural modulus E'u and its low temperature impact strength a'_K. The E'u and a'_K values of various plasties part are discussed and analyzed in line with cases of using plastics parts (made of both domestic and foreign polymeric materials) in domestic production of automobiles according to licenced technologies. A list of Eu-a_K is presented as a reference to facilitate selection and application of materials by the auto industry, as well as to provide a guideline for related material research.
