摘要
目的 探索斯氏狸殖吸虫幼虫排泄分泌抗原的免疫诊断价值。方法 采用斯氏狸殖吸虫幼虫排泄分泌抗原Dot-ELISA检测 2 8例斯氏狸殖吸虫病人血清、6份日本血吸虫病人血清、4份华支睾吸虫病人血清、2 0份健康人血清中抗斯氏狸殖吸虫幼虫排泄分泌抗原的抗体IgG。结果 斯氏狸殖吸虫幼虫排泄分泌抗原与 2 8例斯氏狸殖吸虫病人血清均呈阳性反应 ,与其它 2种吸虫病和健康人血清未发生反应。结论 斯氏狸殖吸虫幼虫排泄分泌抗原Dot -ELISA为诊断肺吸虫病敏感。
The Dot-ELISA of P.skrjabini excretory-secretory antigens was used for diagnosing Pagumogonimiasis patients.All of 28 sera from Pagumogonimiasis patients detected by Dot-ELISA were positive.The results of 20 sera from blood donors,6 sera from schistosomiasis patients and 4 sera from clonorchiasis patients detected by Dot-ELISA showed no false and cross-reactions.It is suggested that ES antigens are effective antigens for use in serodiagnosis of human infection with P.skrjabini.
