摘要
利用球扰动对晶体球扩散生长模型的稳定性进行分析,把球模型的球半径转化为曲率半径的概念,进而讨论高温合金中的MC八面体碳化物晶体在高温熔体中生长的稳定性,并分析出所观察到的MC碳化物八面体枝臂形态。
Through analysing the sphere model stability with the sphere disturbance and transforming the radius of the sphere into the radius of curvature crystal MC carbides growing from melt of nickel-base superalloys are discussed. The MC carbides morphology of growing branches from octahedrnm are worked out and that are in accordance with the experimental morphology which are seen through SEM technique.
