摘要
选择年龄 4~ 5岁 ,膘情、体况相当 ,冬季不发情的健康母牛 2 6头 ,分为 3组。试验 1组 9头 ,搭建塑膜暖棚改造传统牛舍 ,并每头牛每天补充 2 kg饲料 ;试验 2组 7头 ,只搭建塑膜暖棚 ,饲养管理与日常相同 ;对照组 1 0头 ,不采取任何措施 ,饲养管理与日常相同。试验日期从 1 998年 1 2月 1日至 1 999年 6月 1日。对 3组母牛每月颈静脉采血 1次并称重 ,分离出血清 ,用放射免疫分析法测定血清中促卵泡素 ( FSH)、促黄体素( LH)、雌激素 ( E2 )和孕酮 ( P4)的含量。结果表明 ,塑膜暖棚可提高畜舍温度 (平均 8.2℃ )。试验结束时 ,试验1组有 6头发情 ,发情率 6 / 9;试验 2组有 2头发情 ,发情率 2 / 7;对照组 1 0头全部未发情。试验初期 ,FSH、LH和 E2 3组间差异不显著 ;试验过程中 ,试验 1组 E2 显著高于试验 2组和对照组 ( P<0 .0 5) ,试验 2组与对照组之间差异不显著 ;FSH和 LH平均含量 。
Twenty six anestrus cows in similar condition were selected and divided into 3 groups,the 1st group(9),the 2nd group(7) and the control group(10) respectively.The control group raised in local condition;the 1st group was raised in warm plastic stable and supplemented with 2 kg energy feeds;the 2nd group was raised in similar stable but no any energy feeds supplemented.The experiment period was from Dec. 1, 1998 to June 1,1999.Blood were collected from jugular vein and serum samples separated for the measurement of FSH,LH,E 2 and P 4 .The concentration of FSH,LH,E 2 and P 4 were tested by RIA.The results showed:(1) temperature of the warm stable increased by 8.2℃;(2) the estrus rates of 3 groups were 66.7%(6/9),28.6%(2/7),0(0/10) respectively;(3) the average content of E 2 in the 1st group was higher than that in both the 2nd and control group(P<0.05);the average contents of FSH and LH were no significant differences among the 3 groups.
