限时笔试考试历行多年,其诸多弊端广为诟病。本文拟浅析限时笔试考试之利弊,找出其改革方向,为促进高素质人才的培养提供更为有效的评估方法。
In past years, the tirned written exams was found many shortcomings. This paper discussion on the Pros and Cons of it in order to find out the direction of reform and provide more effective assessment methods to promote the cultivation of high-quality personnel.
