提前期为指数分布的整合库存模型研究

摘要 考虑了供应商提前期随机(服从指数分布)下的单供应商单采购商的生产-库存联合优化问题。模型中允许采购商缺货,并且可以延迟交货,在此假设基础上,实现了联合经济批量(JELS)的年度成本最小化。最后,算例证明此方法大大降低了由供应商和采购商独立决策的成本。 In this paper, we considered the joint optimization of the production and inventory of the single suppliers and buyers in supply chains where the suppliers practiced stochastic lead time (following exponential distribution). Then we built an optimization model that allowed buyer shortage and deferred delivery on the basis of which to realize the minimization of the annual cost of JELS. At the end, we used a numerical example to prove the effectiveness of the method.
