摘要
目的:建立紫杉醇羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物(TCD)中紫杉醇(TAX)含量测定的方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,通过测定波长227 nm处的吸光度,计算TCD包合物的包合率。结果:TAX在6.60-19.81μg/mL的浓度范围内,与227 nm处的吸光度线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=35.576 X+0.0308(r=0.9987),平均回收率为99.94%,RSD=0.12%(n=9)。结论:本方法操作简单,且稳定性、准确度和精密度均符合要求,可用于TCD制剂包合率的测定。
Objective: To establish the method determination of paclitaxel from paclitaxel hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(TCD). Method: Ultraviolet spectrometric assay was used, l=227 nm. Result: It had good linearity with the6.60 - 19.81 μg/mL concentration range of TAX. The regression is Y=35.576 X+0.0308(r= 0.9987).The recovery from the sample was 99.94 ℅,RSD=0.12 ℅(n=9). Conclusion: This method is could used to quality standards for TAX of TCD.
