Q开关激光联合类人胶原蛋白治疗黄褐斑疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 应用Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗黄褐斑患者60例。治疗波长1064nm,光斑直径6～8mm,频率10Hz,能量密度2～3J/cm2。根据患者各自情况选择适当的治疗参数。术后予以类人胶原蛋白敷料湿敷。结果经10次治疗后,治愈20例,显效35例,好转5例,无效0例。所有患者皮肤质地均较前改善。Q开关Nd:YAG激光联合类人胶原蛋白治疗黄褐斑疗效确切,复发率低,不良反应小,安全性高。
