超声诊断围产期布-加综合征1例
摘要
患者女，41岁，孕2产2。因产后半月，腹胀10d，伴双下肢水肿4d收住院。查体：皮肤、巩膜黄染，胸腹壁静脉曲张，肝肋下3cm，移动性浊音阳性，双下肢重度凹陷性水肿。
