β地中海贫血患者E选择素和组织因子检测的临床意义 被引量：1

摘要 血栓前状态（prethrombotic state,PTS）指多种因素引起止血、凝血、抗凝和纤溶系统功能失调的一种病理过程,具有易导致血栓形成的多种血液学改变[1].相关研究显示地中海贫血（地贫）患者常伴血栓前状态,与内皮细胞的活化和损伤有关[2].可溶性E选择素（sE-sel）是内皮细胞活化的特异性分子标志物.组织因子（TF）是内源性和外源性凝血途径的“启动子”.TF途径抑制物（tissue factor pathway inhibitor,TFPI）能够灭活凝血因子Ⅶ（FⅦ）a/TF和凝血因子Ⅹ（FⅩ）a,是TF凝血机制的主要生理拮抗物.
