痔上黏膜环形错位套扎术与环切钉合术疗效比较 被引量：8

摘要 目的:观察痔上黏膜环形错位套扎术(EPH)的疗效。方法:将200例痔患者分成两组,以EPH为治疗组,PPH为对照组,使用相应术式治疗后观察疗效。结果:治疗组(EPH)比对照组(PPH)组手术时间短(P<0.05),术中出血平均量治疗组比对照组少(P<0.05),EPH无术后大出血和吻合口狭窄发生,术后疼痛两组无差别(P>0.05)。结论:EPH手术比PPH手术时间短,发生出血少,无吻合口狭窄,并发症少。
