摘要
采用对比实验方法,通过金相显微镜、拉伸力学性能测试、QJ57p型直流电阻电桥测试仪等手段研究了固溶时效处理对6063铝合金电阻率及力学性能的影响。结果表明:适宜的固溶处理工艺有助于改善铝合金材料的显微组织;合理的时效处理工艺能够提高6063铝合金的导电性能,并使6063铝合金的抗拉强度得到提升。
The effects of solution and aging treatment on the electrical resistivity and mechanical properties of 6063 aluminum alloy were studied by OM, tensile test and QJ57p type resistance bridge. The results indicate that a proper solution treatment technology is conducive to improve the microscopic structure of 6063 alloy. A proper treatment technology can improve the conductive property of the alloy, and increase the strength of extension index of the alloy.
