介入治疗支架材料及其加工工艺的现状与发展 被引量:3

摘要 介入治疗是介于外科、内科治疗之间的新兴治疗方法。介绍了当前介入治疗支架在医学的临床应用现状;阐述了介入治疗支架所用的材料和相应的加工工艺;结合稀土元素对人体的保健作用,分析了介入治疗支架材料中添加适量特定稀土元素的可行性;同时介绍了激光、注射成型等支撑技术的最新研究进展,并对支架今后制造的研究方向作了展望。 Interventional therapy is a new therapeutic method between surgery and internal medicine. The materials and processing technology used in interventional stent's production were reviewed from the clinical application of medicine. The feasibility of adding certain rare earth elements into the materials used in interventional treatment stent was studied by combined with the health effects of rare earth elements on the human body. The development status and latest progress of some supporting technologies (e.g., laser, injection molding) were described, and the research directions of stent fabrication in the future were discussed.
