摘要
目的分析与探讨吉西他滨联合顺铂时辰化疗方案对于晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床疗效与预期性呕吐的影响。方法选取本院2008年6月至2012年6月收治的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者60例,采用随机数字表法将其均分为两组,两组患者均采用吉西他滨联合顺铂进行化疗,观察组患者在化疗过程中,需根据药物特点采用时辰给药法,对照组患者仅按常规方法进行化疗。对比分析两组患者的临床疗效、预期性呕吐分级、其他不良反应、生存率等指标。结果观察组患者的总有效率为20.0%,总控制率为66.7%,对照组患者总有效率为16.7%,总控制率为66.7%,两组总有效率与总控制率之间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。观察组预期性呕吐分级恶心因子各项评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05),其他不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的1年生存率高于对照组,中位生存时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者采用吉西他滨联合顺铂进行化疗时,采取时辰化疗方案能够显著提高患者的生存率,并缓解预期性呕吐症状,降低其他不良反应的发生率。因此,该方法值得在临床上推广与应用。
ObjectiveInlfuence of vomiting effect and anticipation ofgemcitabine combined with cisplatin in the hour of chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer.MethodsIn our hospital in 2008 June to 2012 year in June 60 cases of patients with advanced non smallcell lung cancer, were randomly divided into 2 groups, with gemcitabine plus cisplatin chemotherapy, the observation group based on the chemotherapydrugs, according to the characteristics of the dosage, efifcacy, compared two groups of patients with anticipatory emesis classification, survival rate.ResultsObservation group of patients with the total effective rate was 20.0%, total control of 66.7%, control group total effective rate was 16.7%, total control is 66.7%, comparing differences between two groups total effective rate and total control there was no signiifcant （P〉0.05）. Observation group of prospective vomiting classiifcation nausea factor, the score is better than the control group （P〈0.05）, and other adverse reaction rate is lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, the observation group of patients with 1 year survival rate is higher than the control group, the median survival time is longer than the control group （P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe advanced small cell lung cancer with gemcitabine plus cisplatinchemotherapy, take the Chrono chemotherapy scheme can increase the survival rate of patients, and relieve the anticipatory emesis.
