摘要
潮流能是一种开发成本低、对环境影响小、具有良好商业前景的理想绿色新能源。研究了一种新型能量利用率高、水动力性能优良的矩形潮流能水轮机,给出了发电机组总体设计方案和基本尺寸,利用ANSYS软件对支撑结构在额定工况和极限工况下进行强度校核,并采用Screening优化法和NLPQL优化法进行优化设计,优化后的结构重量可以降低13.3%,具有良好的经济效益。
The tidal current energy is an ideal ecological energy with good economic prospects, low development costs and environmental impact. A new type of turbine called rectangle tidal current turbine, which has high energy utilization and good hydrodynamic performance, is researched. The design of a rectangle turbine frame is provided and ANSYS software is used to check the strength of blades and frame structures under operating conditions and extreme conditions. The Screening and NLPQL optimization function are applied to optimize the final structure form. The result of optimization can decrease the weight by 13.3% and have good economic.
