摘要
刮板机是煤炭井下主要运输设备,由于其机身低,强度高,伸缩方便,能在潮湿、易磨损的工况工作,得到广泛应用。目前,刮板机向大功率、大运量、免维护方向发展,整机性能的好坏直接关系到煤矿的产量和安全。文章对刮板机的整机性能试验中经常出现的异常情况进行分析,提出解决方案。
Scrapper is a main transportation equipment in the mine. With its low body, high intensity, and flexibility, it could be used in moist and easy-to-wear environment, so it has been used widely. At present, the scrapper evolved to high power, large capacity, maintenance-free. Its performance directly relates to the yield and safety of the mines. The paper analyzed the common abnormal situations in the overall test and proposed corresponding solutions.
