摘要
目的探讨菏泽市居民死亡水平,死因构成及流行分布情况。方法收集菏泽市居民死亡资料,采用国际通用的ICD-10死因分类编码,使用死因监测数据清洗与分析工具软件系统进行数据统计分析。结果菏泽市居民年均死亡率为642.59/10万,男性死亡率高于女性(P﹤0.01)。慢性病占总死因构成的87.45%。前五位死因顺位依次是心脏病、恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、呼吸系统疾病、伤害,占总死因构成的92.06%。各主要死因有明显的年龄差异和性别差异。结论慢性病是造成居民死亡的主要原因。心脏病、脑血管病死亡水平呈上升态势,恶性肿瘤发病呈高发态势。学校健康教育是效益最高,时机最佳。
Objective Knowing the level of death among residents in Heze county, the cause of death, and distribution. Methods Collecting the death data of Juye County residents, according to the international standard of ICD- 10 classification coding, using the death surveillance data cleaning and analysis software system to get the statistical analysis of the data. Results An average annual mortality rate of the Heze County residents was 642.59/10 million, male was higher than that of female （P〈 0.01）. Chronic diseases constitute 87.45% of total cause of death. The top five causes of death were heart disease, malignant tumor, cerebrovascular disease, respiratory system disease, injury, constitute 92.06% of the total cause of death. There are significant age differences and sex differences of the main causes of death. Conclusion Chronic disease is a major cause of death of residents. Heart disease, cerebrovascular disease death level is on the rise, malignant tumor is on high trend. School health education is benefit highest, the best time, the most positive preventin~
