摘要
我国老龄化伴随有规模庞大、增长率快等特点,成为国家发展的一大挑战。科学地评价老年人自立状态,进行对自立影响因素的相关研究,可以帮助我国建立以老年自养为目的的新型养老模式,从而缓解老龄化带给国家、社会、家庭的沉重负担。本文就近年来国内外有关老年人自立生活能力及其危险因素方面的流行病学研究现状综述如下。
The aging population in China companies with the characteristics of the large number, rapid aging speed and so on. It has become a huge challenge for the development of the country. Scientifically accessing the ability of independent living among the elderly and clarifying its affecting factors could contribute to developing a new endowment model based on self- care, and it may lessen the burden of country, society and families. This article reviews the epidemiological studies pertaining to the ability of older people to live independently and its influencing factors both at home and abroad.
