基层医院神经刺激仪引导下坐骨+股神经阻滞在小儿下肢手术中的应用被引量：2

摘要目的：探讨基层医院应用神经刺激仪，在小儿坐骨＋股神经阻滞下，行下肢手术的安全性及可行性。方法；收集我院2007-2012年4～6岁小儿在神经刺激仪引导下坐骨＋股神经阻滞，共完成小儿下肢手术73例。结果：70例获得满意的麻醉效果，3例阻滞不全，术中加用静脉药完成手术，无麻醉失败病例。随访最长2年，均未发现坐骨神经、股神经严重损伤的病例。结论：神经刺激仪引导下小儿坐骨神经＋股神经阻滞，在小儿下肢手术中的应用效果满意，安全可行，值得基层医院推广。
