Experimental study on high-strength concrete columns reinforced by reactive powder concrete under small eccentric compression

摘要 为验证活性粉末混凝土(RPC)加固高强混凝土小偏压柱的有效性,对4根近似足尺RPC加固高强混凝土柱进行小偏压一次受力试验研究,通过与另1根同配置未加固的高强混凝土小偏压柱试验结果进行对比,研究不同强度等级RPC及加固层是否加有钢筋网对高强混凝土小偏压柱破坏特征和受力性能的影响。并对RPC的纵向应变﹑纵筋应变﹑柱的截面应变﹑纵向挠度及极限承载力进行分析。试验结果表明,RPC加固效果显著,对高强混凝土小偏压柱的极限承载力提高非常明显,且能有效改善高强混凝土小偏压柱裂缝分布情况,提高试件延性。 To test the effectiveness of reactive powder concrete (RPC) in reinforceing high-strength concrete columns under small eccentric compression, 4 similar full-scale RPC reinforced high strength concrete columns were made to undertake small eccentric compression in a one-off loading test research, the results of which were compared with that of one same high strength concrete columns under small eccentric compression without reinforcements. Influences of different strength grades of RPC and steel mesh in reinforcement layers on characteristics of failure modes and mechanism performance of high strength concrete column under eccentric compression were studied. Longitudinal strain of RPC, strain of longitudinal rehar,seetion strain, vertical deflection and ultimate bearing capacity of column were studied. Test results show that reinforcement effect of RPC is significant and the ultimate bearing capacity of high-strength concrete column under small eccentric compression is enhanced significantly. RPC can effectively improve the crack distribution and member ductility of hlgh-strength concrete column under small eccentric compression.
