摘要
通过对从沼气池出来的原沼气进行净化处理,去除和分离沼气中硫、水等杂质组分,采用高压液化的方法来分离二氧化碳和甲烷,将净化、分离后获得的甲烷加压灌装气瓶,用于民用或车用。文章对沼气净化压缩灌装中试工艺进行深入分析,解决了中试中出现的一些实际技术问题,并对试验中设备、工艺及具体操作提出了改进,以便于工业化推广应用。
Biogas purification was done in this productive pilot scale test to remove the impurities as sulfur, water. And carbon dioxide and methane were separated by the method of high pressure liquefaction. The obtained methan was compressed and filled into gas cylinders. The above productive technology were analyzed in detail, and some practical technologic problem were solved. Suggestions were made for the improvement of devices, process technologies, and specific operations.
