摘要
在不同扩孔电流密度下制备腐蚀箔,通过失重量、比容以及扫描电镜方法对样品进行了表征,重点探讨了扩孔电流密度对所制备的腐蚀箔比容、孔洞数量的影响。结果表明:当扩孔电流密度≤0.1 A/cm2时,二级扩孔没有出现二次发孔的情况。随着电流密度的降低,比容逐渐增加。
Aluminum anode foil samples were prepared under different current density and time, then the samples were characterized by weight loss, specific capacitor and scanning electron microscopy in order to study the impact of current and time on the specific capacity of the anode foil. The results show that when the current density≤0.1 A/cm2, There is no etching pit again on electrochemical enlarging the diameter of tunnels. With the decrease of current density, the specific capacity increased.
