传爆距离对传爆管输出威力影响的仿真研究 被引量:4

摘要 为分析不同传爆距离对传爆管轴向输出威力的影响,运用LS-DYNA分别仿真不同传爆距离下圆柱形传爆管、聚能凹穴结构传爆管爆炸威力钢凹试验、铝凹试验和铅板试验,得到了不同传爆距离下传爆管输出威力对应的钢凹深度、铝凹深度和铅板炸孔直径大小。结果表明:随着传爆距离的增大,两种结构传爆管轴向输出威力出现较大差异,聚能凹穴结构传爆管更适合远距离传爆,并且不同试验方法的仿真结果变化也不同。为提高传爆管轴向输出威力,在装配圆柱形传爆管时要严格控制轴向装配间隙,使其与战斗部装药尽可能紧密接触,而对于聚能凹穴结构的传爆管则不需要特别控制轴向装配间隙;相比于钢凹试验法和铅板试验法,铝凹试验法更适用于评定传爆距离不同时传爆管爆炸威力的差异。 For analyzing the impact of different detonation transmission distance on the axial output power of booster, LS-DYNA was used to simulate three tests which assess the output axial explosive power for cylindrical booster and the booster with shaped charge indentation structure. According to the steel dent test, aluminum dent test and lead disc test, the simulation got the size of steel concave depth, aluminum concave depth and stereotype explosive hole with different detonation transmission distance. The simulation results demonstrate that the output power of two kinds of booster was different obviously, the booster with shaped charge indentation structure is more suitable for long distance transmission of detonation, and the results of the tests changed differently with the detonation transmission distance increasing gradually. Therefore, the boosters should be tight closed to warhead in the assembly of cylindrical detonators, while the axial gap between shaped charge structure booster and warhead needn't to be controlled. Compared to steel dent test and lead disc test, aluminum dent test is more applicable to assess the output explosive power of boosters under different detonation transmission distance.
