肥胖相关假性黑色棘皮病1例报道并文献复习
摘要
黑色棘皮病（acanthosis nigricans，AN）是一种以皮肤色素沉着及天鹅绒样增厚为特征的少见皮肤病。该病分为4种类型，其中，良性AN多见于肥胖患者，又称肥胖相关假性AN。现将2013年合肥医学院附属医院收治的1例肥胖相关假性AN报道如下。
