摘要
光腔衰荡是新的光谱技术。本文利用腔衰荡测定了一组腔镜的反射率 ,测出的误差达到 10 - 5 量级 ;同时利用这一衰荡腔对全反镜的反射率进行了测定。该方法适用于不同环境下的镜片反射率的精确测定。
The cavity ringdown spectroscopy is a new spectroscopic technique. In this paper, the reflectivity of cavity mirrors as well as reflective mirror are measured with this technique. The results show that cavity ringdown technique can be used to accurately measure the reflectivity of mirrors under different circumstances.
