摘要
目的探讨综合性护理干预措施对农村地区高血压患者自我效能及治疗依从性的影响。方法将200例农村地区高血压患者随机分为干预组和对照组,各100例,对照组实施常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上,实施综合性护理干预措施,在实施前后利用自测问卷,对两组患者进行问卷调查,比较两组的自我效能和治疗依从性。结果对照组和干预组的高血压基本知识、用药知识及自我保健知识知晓率分别为54.0%、61.0%、53.0%和89.0%、82.0%、93.0%;干预组和对照组的完全不自信者和自信者分别为13例(13.0%)、50例(50.0%)和41例(41.0%)、20例(20.0%);干预组和对照组的服药依从性好和差者分别为39例(39.0%)、8例(8.0%)和12例(12.0%)、28例(28.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理干预有利于提高农村地区高血压患者的自我效能和治疗依从性,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention measures on the self-efficacy and treatment compliance of the rural patients with hypertension. Methods 200 rural patients with hypertension were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with 100 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing and the intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention measure on the basis of conventional nursing.The self testing questionnaire was used to investigate the two groups of patients before and after the implementation.Influences on the self-efficacy and treatment compliance in the two groups of patients was com- pared respectively. Results The mean awareness rates of basic hypertension knowledge,drug use knowledge and self- care knowledge of the control group and the intervention group were 54.0%,61.0%,53.0% and 89.0%,82.0% and 93.0% respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The numbers of people without self-confidence and with self-confidence of the intervention group and the control group were 13 cases （13.0%）,50 cases （50.0%）and 41 cases （41.0%）,20 eases （20.0%）respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.O5）.The numbers of people with good and poor drug use compliance of the control group and the intervention group were 39 cases （39.0%）,8 cases （8.0%）and 12 cases （12.0%）,28 cases （28.0%）respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is conducive to improving the self-efficacy and treatment compliance of the rural patients with hypertension,therefore it is worthy of promotion and application.
