摘要
目的:构建基层部队卫勤机构突发公共卫生事件应急反应能力的综合评价模型并比较分析两级卫勤机构的不同。方法:采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,在河南省基层部队卫勤机构中抽取研究对象进行问卷调查,利用因子分析方法,建立基层部队突发公共卫生事件应对能力综合评价模型。结果:基层部队卫勤机构突发公共卫生事件的应急能力综合评价模型为F=0.385F1+0.340F2+0.275F3(F1为应急配备方面的因子得分,F2为应急训练方面的因子得分,F3为应急重视方面的因子得分);门诊医院的综合平均得分要高于部队卫生所。结论:所建立模型可用于初步评价基层部队卫勤机构突发公共卫生事件的应对能力,部队卫生所的应急能力需要进一步的加强改善。
Objective To establish the comprehensive evaluation model of response for public health emergency in grassroots armies, and analyze the difference between two kinds of medical service institutions. Methods Samples were chosen from grassroots troops in Henan Province with nmhi-stage stratified random sampling method and surveyed with questionnaires. And the comprehensive evaluation model of response for public health emergency in grassroots armies was establish with factor analysis method. R esults The eornprehensi,,e evaluation model was F= 0 385F1 0. 340F2 ＋ 0. 275F3,in which FI, F2 and F3 were respectively the factor scores of emergency equipment. emergency training and energency attention. The comprehensive average score of hospitals was higher than that of heahh-centers. Conclesion This model can be used to evaluate the response for public heahb emergency of medical servies institutions in grassroots armies. And the hcaldenters＇ emergency response capability needs to be further improved. Atlthor＇s address
